Withdrawals and Refunds

ACNZ understands that circumstances can change.
Students wishing to withdraw from a programme or course should notify ACNZ in writing as soon as possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered in accordance with the ACNZ Withdrawals and Refund Policy. 

The amount of any refund may depend on:
 

• The date the withdrawal request is received

• The programme of study

• The delivery period already completed

• Any applicable administrative costs

How to Apply
 

1. Complete a Withdrawal Request Form. 

2. Submit supporting documentation if required.

3. Lodge the request with the Registrar.
