Application Process and Admission Procedures for Domestic Students

 

Admission and Enrolment Steps for Domestic Students:​

STEP 1

Start your application by completing the Online Enrolment Form.

STEP 2

You need to complete the online enrolment form and attach the following:

 

• Online application Form completed and signed

• Certified copies of any relevant academic transcripts

• Certified copies of your Birth Certificate or Passport

• Certified copies of New Zealand Residency papers (if required)

• IELTS test results (if required) 

 

STEP 3

We’ll send you:

 

• Confirmation of your application, so you can start applying to Study Link (if required)

• Subject Enrolment Forms

• Payment Form

• Any other necessary documents to finalize the enrolment process

 

STEP 4

Once you have indicated which subjects you wish to enroll in, we will confirm everything is in order. We will also send out course information, timetables, and other relevant details before you start studying with us.

Other Domestic Student Enrolment Information

Certified copies must be signed by a Justice of the Peace, a public notary or an authorized Alphacrucis staff member, stating that the copy is true to the original. All supporting documentation must be included with the application. Faxed or emailed applications will NOT be processed until the original copy of the application with its supporting documentation has been received.

 

Any application fees can be paid by credit card, EFTPOS, Direct Debit payments or online deposit.

Requests for Cross Credit, Credit Transfer or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) should be submitted with the Application. Students who have successfully completed relevant accredited study or courses at recognized tertiary institutions may apply for a transfer of credits. An official transcript detailing studies undertaken must be submitted to the College Registrar. A fee may apply for transfer of credit and RPL.  Our courses are enhanced with our e-learning platform, so all students need regular broadband access.

Student Loans

Some domestic students may be eligible for Student Loans and Allowances (SLA). Students who believe they are eligible for SLA must indicate on the enrolment form.

Fees Free​​

 

Starting tertiary study or work-based learning for the first time? You may be able to get Fees Free if you complete your first eligible qualification or programme in 2025 or 2026.
Fees Free covers the cost of your fees for the final year of study or final two years of work-based learning, up to $12,000.

The Government will end Fees Free for the final year of tertiary study and final two years of work-based learning on 31 December 2026.

If you complete an eligible qualification or programme in 2026, you can apply for Fees Free within 12 months of finishing, up to 31 December 2027.
If you complete your qualification or programme after 31 December 2026, you will not be eligible for Fees Free.

2027 Tuition Fees
