Student Complaints and Appeals
At Alphacrucis College New Zealand, we are committed to providing a positive, safe, and respectful learning environment. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, we encourage you to raise your concerns as early as possible so they can be resolved fairly and promptly.
Step 1: Informal Resolution
Many concerns can be resolved quickly by discussing the matter with:
-
Your lecturer or tutor
-
The Student Engagement Team
-
The Registrar
-
The Head of Studies
Students are encouraged to seek an informal resolution before lodging a formal complaint where appropriate.
Step 2: Formal Complaint
If your concern cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a formal complaint using the ACNZ Complaints Form.
All complaints are handled in accordance with the ACNZ Complaint and Grievance Resolution Policy.
Step 3: Appeal
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a complaint, you may submit an appeal in accordance with the relevant ACNZ policy.
