  • What is Alphacrucis College New Zealand?
    Alphacrucis College New Zealand (ACNZ) is a Christian tertiary institution established in 1987. It serves as the national ministry training college of the Assemblies of God New Zealand, offering programs in theology, ministry, leadership, chaplaincy, and more, in both English and Korean.
  • How do I apply as a domestic student?
    Complete the Online Enrolment Form or request application material via +64 9 580 1500 (ext. 2) or admissions@acnz.ac.nz. Submit Certified Documents, including academic transcripts, birth certificate or passport, NZ residency papers (if applicable), and IELTS results (if required). ACNZ issues a Confirmation of Application, along with Subject Enrolment Forms, Payment Form, and any additional documents needed to finalize enrolment. Once subjects are selected, ACNZ confirms course details, timetables, and sends relevant information before the semester starts. Note: All certified copies must be signed by a Justice of the Peace, notary public, or authorized ACNZ staff member. Faxed or emailed applications will not be processed until originals are received.
  • How do I apply as an international student?
    Complete the Online Enrolment Form or contact +64 9 580 1500 (ext. 2) or admissions@acnz.ac.nz for application forms and programme information. Submit Certified Documents: Completed and signed application, academic transcripts, birth certificate or passport, IELTS results (if required), and a NZD 200 application fee (plus any late fees). ACNZ issues an Offer of Place and confirmation, which you must present to Immigration when applying for a Student Visa at your local NZ Immigration branch. After Immigration grants Approval in Principle, pay tuition fees to ACNZ. ACNZ then issues a Confirmation of Place for your final Student Visa application, and sends course information, timetables, and other pre‐arrival details.
  • What are the admission requirements?
    Domestic Students: Academic transcripts, proof of identity (birth certificate/passport), NZ residency status (if applicable), and IELTS results (if required). International Students: Academic transcripts, passport, IELTS (if required), and payment of the NZD 200 application fee. All Applicants: Willingness to engage with a Christ‐centred curriculum and abide by ACNZ’s Statement of Faith.
  • How much are the tuition fees, and what financial support is available?
    2025 Tuition Fees: Fees are listed in NZD. Detailed fee schedules for domestic students can be found on Admission Procedures for Domestic Students page. Domestic Student Loans and Allowances: Eligible domestic students may apply for Student Loans and Allowances via StudyLink after ticking the appropriate box on the enrolment form and obtaining prior approval from the Registrar. International Pathways to Post‐Study Work Visa: International graduates may be eligible to apply for a religious work visa (which can lead to permanent residency) or a 3‐year “post‐study work” permit after graduation. Scholarships: ACNZ offers scholarships for tuition—refer to the “Scholarships for Tuition Policy” under Policies for eligibility and application details.
  • Are ACNZ’s qualifications NZQA‐accredited?
    Yes. ACNZ is a Category Two provider under NZQA. It complies with the Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice 2021, ensuring quality assurance, continuous improvement, and safety for all learners. ACNZ’s programs meet rigorous NZQA standards.
